ROBERT D. WILLIAMS, JR, 59, formerly of Wilkes-Barre passed away Friday evening in River Run Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Kingston.

Robert was born January 2, 1962. He belonged to Our Lady of Hope Church of Wilkes-Barre. He graduated from Wyoming Area High School and served in the US Coast Guard after graduating. Bobby volunteered at the VA Hospital for 10years and loved helping people in need. He loved playing guitar and collecting rare coins. Bobby who loved God, family and friends, very much admired for his pure heart and kindness and taking so much hardship and poor health without complaint. A true Joy to be around and will be sadly missed by all who have known him, he is and always will be a true inspiration to all who have known him for his courage, love of life and kind gental nature.

Preceding him in death was his father Robert D. Williams, sister Maureen Williams, brother Richard Williams

Surviving is his mother Marion (Mozdian) Williams, Luzerne; sister; Marion Otway and her husband Darran, Swoyersville;

Funeral services will be at the convenince of the family from the Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home Inc 504 Wyoming Avenue Wyoming.

There will be no calling hours.
