Richard Steve Mcclure

Richard S. McClure, of Heather Highlands, born in Lima, OH 4/6/41 to the late Lela and Harold McClure, passed away at River View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Wilkes-Barre on Aug. 23, 2022.

In addition to his parents, Rich was preceded in death by his brother Larry.

Rich is survived by his wife of 42 years, Thelma, and their combined family. Son; Anthony Rosati and his wife Patricia and son Dylan. Daughter; Tara Nicole Harvey and her husband Paul and sons Christian and Logan Tomsak.

He spent most of his life in transportation until his retirement. He was a long-time member of Tuesday Night Chargers bowling league, which was his social enjoyment.

The family would like to thank the CNA’s and nurses at River View Rehabilitation in Wilkes-Barre Twp for their compassion and care given to him during his short stay at the facility.

A celebration of Richard’s life will be held on Monday, August 29 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home, 504 Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming.
