Peter J. Kozlowski

Peter J. Kozlowski, age 81, of Harding, PA, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2025, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.

Born in Easton, PA, Peter was the son of the late Leon P. and Eleanor (Janowski) Kozlowski. He was a graduate of Wyoming High School. He enjoyed a successful career in furniture sales with his longest tenure at Boscov's from 1980-2019. He was known for his work ethic and his ability to connect with people, always going above and beyond to help his customers find exactly what they needed. Outside of work, Peter cherished golfing and fishing, and spending time with his family, especially attending his grandsons' sporting activities.

Peter was preceded in death by his former spouse, Barbara Marrow and his dear sister, Jean Kozlowski. He is also survived by his former spouse, Ann Marie Dreesen. He is survived by his loving children: Peter (Lauren) Kozlowski of Hoover, AL; Tricia (Frank) McCabe of Kingston; PA and Nicholas (Taylor) Kozlowski of Mt. Laurel, NJ. He was a proud grandfather to Peter III (Elizabeth) Kozlowski, Andrew (Alesha) Kozlowski, Richard McCabe, Matthew McCabe, Chase Kozlowski, and Lily Kozlowski, and a great-grandfather to Josiah Kozlowski. He is also survived by his companion Karen Jenny.

A Funeral Service in honor of Peter's life will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 11 AM at Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home, 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, with Fr. Peter Tomczak officiating. Family and friends may call from 10-11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made in Peter's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
