Jean M. Gonska Swisher

June 22, 1951 — May 18, 2024

Jean Gonska Swisher passed into eternal life on Saturday May 18 at her home.
Jean was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on June 22, 1951, the daughter of the late John and Victoria Domowitch Gonska.

She was a 1969 graduate of James M Coughlin High School and a 1990 graduate of Luzerne County Community College earning a degree in Business Administration.
Jean was employed for the better part of her life by Standard Brands/Kraft Foods and was owner/manager of Artist Matter art supply store. A former member of the Wyoming Valley Art League she was a past board member and also served as Membership Director.

She is survived by her husband Dan Swisher, brother John and his wife Kathleen.

It is the request of the deceased that there will be no calling hours.
