Frank T. Balcavage, 91, of Exeter, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at Allied Services Wilkes-Barre Hospice Center. 

Frank was born in Exeter, to the late Frank and Anna (Tanasevicius) Balcavage. Frank graduated Summa Cumlaude from Exeter High School and then earned a B.S. in Business from Pennsylvania State University. Frank honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. Frank was employed by the State of New Jersey and retired as the chief of pensions. Frank went onto work for his nephews at Parini's West Side Beverage where he worked an additional 20+ years.

Frank was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Anthony's Church of Corpus Christi Parish. He was a member of the Senior Citizens-Cosmopolitan Club of St. Cecilia and St. Anthony parishes. Frank enjoyed traveling to California, Europe, Las Vegas just to name a few, but his favorite trip was always to Atlantic City, NJ. Frank was also a avid Penn State fan.

In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his sister, Irene Balcavage Parini and his brother-in-law, Julius Parini. 

Frank is survived by his nephews, John T Parini of Exeter and Richard (Connie Mazur) Parini, of Exeter. 

The Parini family wishes to extend their sincerest gratitude to the nurses and staff of Allied Services Wilkes-Barre Hospice Center for the gentle, compassionate and loving care, they bestowed upon our uncle. An additional thanks as well for the many physicians that cared for Frank over the years.

The Funeral Service for Frank was held at the convenience of the family and entrusted to Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home, Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.
